What areas do you cover?

While our office is located in Gaborone, we provide services across all of Botswana.

How do you determine the value of a property?

We use various valuation methods depending on the type of property.
For residential properties, we primarily use the Comparable/Market Method, which involves comparing the property to similar properties that have recently sold in the area. For commercial and industrial properties, we use the Investment/Income Method, which considers the potential income generated by the property. For specialized properties, we may use the Cost Method or the Profits Method. We also conduct thorough research and data analysis to ensure accurate valuations.

Can you help me with financing my property purchase?

While we don’t directly provide financing, we have strong relationships with several commercial banks and property finance houses in Botswana. We can connect you with these institutions and assist you in obtaining a mortgage or loan for your property purchase.

What fees do you charge for your services?

Our fees are based on the Real Estate Advisory Council (REAC) fee scale, which is a standard industry guideline. We may offer discounts depending on the specific services required and the complexity of the transaction. We will also charge for any disbursements or out-of-pocket expenses incurred during the process.
